Preston County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those submitted search terms on its own systems. The provider’s terms and privacy practices govern the query once it is sent to that provider.
If a visitor sends a message through an available site contact channel, the message and any supplied contact details may be retained so a response can be made. Those messages are not shared outside the site operator except when disclosure is required by law or needed to protect legal rights.
